Privacy policy

Last updated: October 5, 2026

6ix AI (“we”, “us”) is an independent AI consultancy based in Oakville, Ontario. We handle personal information in line with Canada’s Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA). This policy explains what we collect through this website, why, and the choices you have.

What we collect

When you send the consult form, we collect what you choose to give us:

This website does not use advertising or tracking cookies. We may use cookie-free, aggregated visit statistics (such as Cloudflare Web Analytics) that do not identify you. Your theme preference (light or dark) is stored only in your own browser.

Why we collect it

We use your information only to reply to your request, arrange a consult and, if you decide to go ahead, prepare a plan and quote and deliver the work. We do not sell, rent or trade personal information, and we won’t add you to a mailing list. Under Canada’s anti-spam law (CASL), we’ll only email you about the request you sent unless you later give us express permission for anything else.

Who helps us process it

We rely on a small number of service providers, each used only for the purpose described:

These providers may process information outside Canada, including in the United States, where it may be accessible to authorities under local law.

How long we keep it

We keep inquiries for up to 24 months so we can follow up on the conversation, then delete them. If you become a client, we keep what’s needed to deliver the work and meet legal and tax record-keeping requirements.

How we protect it

This site is served only over HTTPS. Access to inquiries is limited to the person handling your request, and accounts are protected with strong passwords and two-factor authentication.

Your choices

You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or withdraw your consent, at any time by emailing hello@6ixai.ca. We’ll respond within 30 days.

If you’re not satisfied with our response, you can contact the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada.

Changes

If we change this policy, we’ll update it here and change the date at the top.
